Extrusion Machine for Load Bearing Slabs / Planks

Important Benefits

1). Very Low on Investment – Plant set-up is Open to sky, just in a month for immediate production. Slabs are extruded with Extrusion m/c & other supporting machine’s on Well-levelled Long line Concrete Platform and Naturally Cured under Hot & Humid climate, cut to size & lifted & stored on the sides of casting bed.
2). On above Concrete platform & with same Supporting machine’s, produce other items:-Concrete Panels for making Partition Wall, Multi-extruded elements like Lintel, Column, Beam, Fencing post, “T” etc.
3). Our plant are as good as Mobile plant. Set-up above plant on the Central road of the project site & Extrude Precast Hollow core Slab & Concrete Panels for making Partition Wall + Also Add Moulds for making Precast Staircase etc. Hence all this will Reduce hassle & cost of Transport of Slab & Panels + Saving on Taxes & Govt. duties as production is on project site. after work is completed leave concrete platform for use as road on site.
4). We supply Turnkey production plant, Fully equipped with Extruders, Stressing m/c, Slab Cutting m/c Batching plant, Gantry crane etc. with technical know how & Support.
5). Start with lowest investment of 1.23 Cr, Subsequently upgrade to highest capacity with maxi.to 3 Cr.
6). Investment payback is by Use / sale of 6 months Slab’s production i.e. 51,000 m2 (5,48,000 ft2).

Extrusion Machine for Load Bearing Slabs / Planks

It is produced by simple hollow core concrete extrusion machine compared to hollow core slip-formers machine. This patented pushing technology extrudes or casts hollow core slab continuously on well-leveled, long & smooth concrete floor beds which is low on cement content

Abutment, Stressing & Strands Dispensing Equipment

For Abutment Heavy-duty steel frames are used, which are made from a very thick M. S. plates (as shown in picture). This steel frames are Casted with concrete / Embedded 2 meters below the ground level at the Dead End & Live End of Concrete flooring Beds.

Concrete Batching, Dosing & Mixing Equip. & Controls

The mixer and the rotating arms with blades are designed in such a way that it consumes less power and mixing is done quickly so that it produces a homogenous mix of concrete with optimum water / cement ratio eventually reducing curing time.

Concrete Feeding by Mini Dump Trucks

The mini dumper is driven directly below the mixer of batching plant for collection of the concrete mix. As the bucket is mounted on front side of the vehicle one can view & control while unloading concrete mix into the hopper of extrusion machine. It is called universal because concrete mix can be unloaded from right or left hand side of the casting lane.

Slab cutting machine

It is designed with special features that can be used in an aggressive working environment. The cutting cycle can work manually or automatically while sawing on a sturdy structural frame for cutting hollow core slabs. Water as a coolant is pumped at the circular saw cutting point will saw the concrete slab. The circular saw head mechanism is up in the air & away from the cutting point so that no spray and contaminates can get in the moving parts.

Cranes & Lifting System

Lifting beam with Clamps is used for stripping out and stacking of pre-stressed hollow core slabs manufactured on casting beds with the help of Gantry crane.

Lifting beam with Clamps has feature for quick engagement and release design for smooth continuous workflow.
