Pallets

Cleaning / Oiling / Marking

The pallets are firstly cleaned using a stationary pallet-cleaning device. Brushes and a Rubber /steel scraper unit remove the concrete residues and adhesives sticking to the pallet. The Quality of the concrete surface is clearly determined by the pallet surface. For first-class results, a clean pallet surface with a thin film of release agent is indispensable.

Pallet Stacker (Storage & Retrieval)

The Tilting equipment is used to incline the cured precast wall panels vertically to facilitate stripping, lifting & transporting it to outdoor stockyard or in their installation position. Computerized Control System

Welded mesh / Steel reinforcement with spacers are placed on the table along with Electric pipes, Terminal boxes, Connections etc. plus Cutting, Bending, Welding & other insertion are completed as per drawing. (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Before concreting it is advisable to inspect pallet for as per drawing & instruction.

Concrete Batching & Mixing Plant

The mixer and the rotating arms with blades are designed in such a way that it consumes less power and mixing is done quickly so that it produces a homogenous mix of concrete with optimum water / cement ratio eventually reducing curing time.

Lifting Equipments / Wagon / Transfer Vehicle

Before storing the finish precast elements in the stockyard, one has to make sure that it has to be marked properly, if not done earlier or to put up Bar-coded stickers. These bar code stickers will enable the storekeeper to ship correct Precast element to the project site. Overhead crane are most common of transferring the precast elements.
