Why Hollow Core Slab / Planks / Wall Panels etc:-

Precast Pre-stressed Load Bearing Concrete Hollow core slabs are used for Flooring & Roofing and have an advantage over equivalent in-situ floor as they are approximately 30% lighter (having continues Voids) with same load bearing capacity. The production of hollow core slabs with Precast machinery is of fast & of good quality, compared to strenuous on site in-situ floor casting. Using precast products result in less waste being generated from construction sites.
The pre-stressed steel strands are embedded into highly compacted concrete before extruding of hollow core slab. Hence longer spans with great loads can be utilized on the slab. Being light, the foundation is also considerably lighter & the number of supporting beams & columns are also reduced, resulting in unobstructed free space, so you can have maximum flexibility to create spacious interiors, column free offices & car-parking decks etc. The carpet area will also increase by 3 to 5%.
As the hollow core slabs have continuous voids in them it can be used for electrical & plumbing requirements. While using a Hollow-core product, one needs to have an in-house installation team or they should build up one sub-contracting team for quick progress. The slab can be lifted and installed directly from delivery trucks by means of crane and placed onto their supports. We can erect up to 250m2 of Hollow Core Slabs a day with one team & one crane.

By using small modification kit on side profile of our extrusion slab machine, you can extrude of hollow core slab with tongued & groove arrangements which can be used to interlock for wall panels, basement walls, retaining walls, parapet walls, sound barriers walls for highways, railways & especially compound walls. Hollow core Precast concrete buildings do not interfere with Wi-Fi, Internet networks & radio signals.

1). Very Low on Investment – Plant set-up is Open to sky, just in a month for immediate production. Slabs are extruded with Extrusion m/c & other supporting machine’s on Well-levelled Long line Concrete Platform and Naturally Cured under Hot & Humid climate, cut to size & lifted & stored on the sides of casting bed.
2). On above Concrete platform & with same Supporting machine’s, produce other items:-Concrete Panels for making Partition Wall, Multi-extruded elements like Lintel, Column, Beam, Fencing post, “T” etc.
3). Our plant are as good as Mobile plant. Set-up above plant on the Central road of the project site & Extrude Precast Hollow core Slab & Concrete Panels for making Partition Wall + Also Add Moulds for making Precast Staircase etc. Hence all this will Reduce hassle & cost of Transport of Slab & Panels + Saving on Taxes & Govt. duties as production is on project site. after work is completed leave concrete platform for use as road on site.
4). We supply Turnkey production plant, Fully equipped with Extruders, Stressing m/c, Slab Cutting m/c Batching plant, Gantry crane etc. with technical know how & Support.
5). Start with lowest investment of 1.60 Cr, Subsequently upgrade to highest capacity with maxi.to 4 Cr.
