The mixer and the rotating arms with blades are designed in such a way that it consumes less power and mixing is done quickly so that it produces a homogeneous mix of concrete with optimum water / cement ratio eventually reducing curing time. The mixer is supported on robust steel structured frame at a Suitable height so that it is convenient to discharge the mix into the mini dumpers and is easy to wash and clean.
The inner portion of mixer’s cylindrical body and the rotating parts are bolted & lined with wear-resisting materials for long life & easy replacement.
A plant is designed to produce approx. 20 / 30 cycles per hour. Once the signal is given to the batching plant the well-mixed concrete from the mixer’s discharging gate falls straight into the bucket of mini dumper which in turns goes transported unloaded in to the hopper of the extrusion machine.

We agree that Planetary Mixer is best for Precast Hollow core slab extrusion, but Twin shaft mixer is no Less! The mixer is made up of Dual body having Twin mixing shaft, Bucket & Skip hosting mechanism, Rail racks, Working platform with ladder, Pneumatic Discharge system, Mixing & lifting Motors, Water Pump, Operating switch & Lubricating system.
The twin mixing shafts have Roller bearings and seals on both ends. The seals can easily be replaced easily.
Mixer Design Features:
The Mixing Arms & Mixing Paddles are wear resistant steel castings, mounted on the twin shaft having and are easy to replace. These minimize concrete buildup, for quicker cleaning and ease of maintenance.
The Discharge Gate runs the entire length of the mixer trough and is operated by using adjustable proximity switches; the gate can be opened to any degree required.
Mixers are equipped with a separate hydraulic power unit to operate the discharge gate.

4. Water weighing system: - Supplied along with Scales & Metering pumps. When the control system sends the water-supplying signal, the submersible pump automatically starts and pumps the water into the closed temporary storage hopper. Then from temporary storage hopper, through the by-pass valve, water flow into the water-measuring hopper. When the water reaches the weighing hopper, it sends the signal to the system and system automatically closed the ball valve.
5. Additive weighing system: - Optional item Supplied along with Scales & Metering pumps. The addictive storage bin has one water pump and one three way pneumatic valve. Once the water pump starts, the addictive go into the addictive storage bin through the three ways pneumatic. The cycle addictive takes effect to avoid the precipitation of the addictive. When the addictive scale carry on the measuring, the control system send out the signal, the three way pneumatic ball valve cut the pipe line of the frame to make the addictive go into the main building pipeline and be sent into the closed addictive temporary storage bin, then Through the by-pass line, spill into the addictive weighing hopper. When the addictive reach the setting weight range (regulated). The control system send out the signal, the three way pneumatic ball valve cut the pipe line of the frame and go on the cycling of the addictive in the storage bin. At the same time, the pneumatic ball valve of the measuring system starts, the addictive in temporary storage bin flow into the addictive weighing hoper through the ball valve. When reaching the setting value .the control system send out the signal the pneumatic ball valve close, the measuring progress if finished and go into the time cycle.

7. Cement silo: - To is purchased locally. Bolted Type Cement Silos Features:-. Easy and fast installation.. Special sealing structure ensures long term sealing effect in the wild.. Fitted with dust collector for safe and environment protection. Has great advantage in transportation. Applications:- Used for storage of all kinds of powder and aggregate, such as Cements, Fly-ash lime, calcium, carbonate powder, gypsum, sand, slag .

9. Semi or Full automatic Electric control system: - Which is placed in the control cabin for controlling Mixing accuracy of ingredients in Batching plant with required Software are loaded.
