Circular Saw Cutting Machine
It is designed with special features that can be used in an aggressive working environment. The cutting cycle can work manually or automatically while sawing on a sturdy structural frame for cutting hollow core slabs.
Water as a coolant is pumped at the circular saw cutting point will saw the concrete slab.
The circular saw head mechanism is up in the air & away from the cutting point so that no spray and contaminates can get in the moving parts.
The motor power is transmitted by means of belts to the circular saw. The circular saws are well covered for safety & protected for an efficient, fast driving and cutting speed.
The circular saw is available of diameter up to 100 cm & cutting depth up to 38 cm.
Cross cut circular Saw Cutting Machine is available in Automatic & Semi-Automatic models for Load bearing slabs.
In Automatic cutting machine the longitudinal travel on the casting bed is machine powered & Depth of cutting blade is adjusted for up & down movement with the help of motorized system & also the cross traversing of cutting blade unit is motorized for cutting the slab in its width.
Where as in Semi-automatic machine one has to pull the cutting machine for the longitudinal travel on casting bed & Depth of cutting blade is also to be adjusted manually, but the cross traversing of cutting blade unit is motorized for cutting the slab in its width.
