Shuttering, Reinforcement & MEP on pallet

Shuttering profile / Shutters / Form works


After lowering the shuttering profiles on the marking the integrated magnets are activated and locked. The shuttering profile is pressed precisely to the shuttering by the integrated magnets.
Shuttering profile / Shutters are manufactured / custom-made as per client’s drawings for Length, Height and Shape, with or without Chamfers, with vertical or inclined shuttering, with milled or not milled to produce walls of thickness ranging from min. 80 to max. 350 mm.
The profile can be flat, tongue and groove shaped in accordance with specific design, with steel or rubber-steel chamfers. The thickness of shuttering profile is decided on quantity & load and equipped with lifting hooks for overhead travelling crane. The litter the better & less fatigue for labor to handle it.

Robotic shuttering: - To increase the level of automation a Robot can be employed to not only place but also strip shuttering. The shuttering robot selects the required shutters from a store and places these precisely on the pallet surface. Special, non-standardized shuttering is placed manually on the pallet surface at additional workstations. The stripping robot identifies the shutters by scanning the pallet and then removes them automatically. Two pins act as gripping points for the shuttering robot and serve for stacking the magazine.

The Magnetic blocks


The Magnetic blocks: - are fixed by a push button on the shuttering. Advantages of the magnetic block locking system are for locking of shuttering profile for faster precast cast molding cycle.
The magnetic blocks are selected according to lengths and height of shuttering profile. Magnetic blocks mostly consist of an external steel box, an integrated push button for activation and deactivation and an embedded permanent magnet. Strength of adherence /magnetic force varies from 600 to 2100 kg.
The Magnetic boxes are device for assembling shutters or casting separators made of steel, wood and aluminium. Using different accessories, it is possible to fix any kind of small, medium or large size insert in an absolutely safe way.

Lifting Products are installed like Lifting sockets, Lifting Anchors, Lifting loops, 2 hole Anchors, Rebar couplers etc.

Inspection before pouring @ concreting Stations.


Reinforcement work is carried out once the shuttering profiles are placed i.e. with welded mesh or Steel bar truss girder with spacers plus Cutting, Bending, Welding, Lifting products, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) requirement are now being installed before laying of concert i.e. Electric pipes, Terminal boxes, plumbing Connection etc. & other insertion are completed as per drawing.
Once above job is done it has to be Inspected & checked for Quality Control Before the production pallet is moved on to the concreting station.
