Leveling of concrete station
Levelling Screed
After concrete is casted and compacted, the top surface has to be levelled with the Finishing equipment for good surface quality. 2 people can also do this operation manually with the help of finishing screed. Alternatively Levelling Screed mounted on the Rail-bound which moves all over the pallet for surface levelling / finishing.
The two finishing screeds are driven electrically for levelling & finishing. Screeds beam works in opposite directions for equal & good levelling. The finishing screeds are equipped with two vibrators and are continually used over the surface of the concrete part. The bottom surface of screed beam is equipped with Hardened sheet metal for wear & tear resistance.
Once the top surface of concrete is well levelled the production pallet is moved on to hardening chamber / heated chamber for curing.
Trowelling Station / Surface Smoothening
Once the concrete is little cured or in semi-dry condition than for excellent smooth surface quality it needs to be trowelled / surface scrapping. The trowelling is a fine floating equipment composed of a floating disk for initial smoothing and a blade float for fine smoothing.
Trowelling can be done manually or by Mounting Helicopter trowel on the floating equipment which is attached to Rail-bound travelling system having height adjustment & necessary control which moves all over the production pallet for excellent smooth / polished surface quality.
Scraper is consisting of steel frame, flattening mechanism and electrical system and so on. Used to flatten concrete, make its surface smooth.
Scraper is equipped shock absorber, all shaking strength transferred to concrete. Adopting foreign advanced structure with excellent flattening effect.
Once the desired surface quality has been achieved, the pallet is moved to the Curing chamber / storage station for further curing.
Napping / Kneading machine
Napping machine is used to nap the double-panel surface to ensure double-panel combine with the curing-site floor panel better. The previous casted element is duly napped on the napping machine with control system or manually.
Mobile levelling screed / Smoothing device
Mobile levelling screed / smoothing device is used to level & smooth the Precast element surface.
Mobile smoothing device & levelling screed is constituted of steel support structure, big transport structure, small transport structure, smoothing structure, levelling structure, lifting system and electric control system and so on.
