Cleaning, Brushing
The pallets are firstly cleaned using a stationary pallet-cleaning device. Brushes and a Rubber /steel scraper unit remove the concrete residues and adhesives sticking to the pallet. The Quality of the concrete surface is clearly determined by the pallet surface. For first-class results, a clean pallet surface with a thin film of release agent is indispensable
The pallets pass through Transverse brush Roller equipment with special Rubber / Steel scraper having excellent abrasion which is fitted on Rail-bound support frame unit or bridge device along with Dust collector having strong absorption, which collects the dust in a bag & controlling system. Pallet cleaning machine is used to clear concrete residue in the previous moulded precast element & is received from the tilting station.
Then the pallet is then moved across on to the production process on rollers with the help of friction drive wheel.
Oiling / Release agent spraying
The first operation is to place the shuttering profiles on the pallet. This is done either manually or using a prefabricated shuttering frame which is placed on the pallet using a mobile handling crane. Further inserted parts such as sockets, window or door frames are then placed in position. Then the separating / release agent is applied manually or spraying unit on a clean pallet surface, so the precast element does not subsequently adhere to the pallet.
The spraying equipment is also fitted, on rail-bound units or bridge devices having oil-collecting box at the bottom. The sprayer injects the release agent evenly on pallet surface.
After the reinforcement has been inserted, the production pallet is moved on to the concreting station.
Plotting & Marking
A plotter is also added to the precast wall circulating tables to minimize the manual error and keep the dimensions always accurate, fast, there by improves efficiency of speed in placing of shutter and embedded parts. Digital controlled plotter is consisting of Travelling frame, precision guide, control system, Servo system having X & Y axis motors with servo transformer & Marking / Drawing system includes ink dispenser.
The product contours generated from CAD data are marked out full size by the plotter on the pallet surface.
The design and drafting is mainly done on IDAT & AutoCAD software. IDAT software is based on AutoCAD; the CAD-Software for precast concrete parts offers the Client a most modern and innovative product for best results. Tasks like generation of reinforcement, segmentation and generation of shop drawings as well as elevation drawings are fully automated.
Usually plotter is placed after cleaning station for accurate marking.
