Pallet stacker / Lift cart / Pallet Manipulator
The pallet stackers job is for storage and retrieval of the pallets with inbuilt pull & push arrangements.
Once the Pallets are filled with freshly poured concrete, vibrated, screed & smoothened etc. is then stacked by pallet stacker in Hardening chamber for Steam curing / storing area for Natural curing.
To ensure optimum use of factory floor space the pallets are stacked vertically or piled in the Hardening chamber or storage rack towers to accelerate the concrete curing process. Storage and removal from storage is affected according to the ‘first in - first out’ while taking into consideration the concrete part curing duration.
The stacker is shifted to the appropriate bay and stacks and de-stacks the pallets. A Pallet stacker is a fully automatic, computer-controlled system for Automatic insertion and withdrawal of pallets from & into curing compartment. It consists of travelling system, frame, and lifting hoist, positioning mechanism, electric control system and so on. To meet customers' specific requirements there are various versions of the stacker.
Following the curing process, the concrete elements are loaded onto lorries and taken to the construction site
