Tilting Station 850


The elements are directly lifted from their moulds with a special tilting mechanism.

After the shuttering profiles have been removed from the pallet, a tilting table in the following workstation tips the solid elements thus released to an angle of 80degree. They can then be gently lifted off the pallet. A handling crane is used to stack floor slabs horizontally on the receiving cradle before they are transported outdoors. The shuttering profiles are then manually cleaned of concrete adhesives and fed back into the pallet circulation system.

Pallet Turning equipment or universal Turning machine for 00 - 1800


Double walls precast panels needs the necessary system to turn over the hardened element and placing it on the element just casted by Pallet Turning equipment or universal Turning machine 00 - 1800.
Double wall form-work is essentially the same but it additionally needs a system to rotate one half of the already cast and set slab all around and keep it on the one which is recently concreted.
For manufacture of double walls, in future a pallet-turning device can be installed in this area of the plant and integrated into the pallet circuit. The foundations for this are already in place, and the pits are provided in the shop floor. The first shell for what will then become a double wall can then be transported directly through under the trowelling station to the turning area.
An optimum connection between the curing chamber and the pallet turning device can thus be implemented without problems at a later date.
Precast sandwich Panels consists of two concrete layers with an insulation layer in between. The external layer is generally in architectural concrete. The internal layer is in gray concrete and may be designed as load-bearing or non-load bearing element & in between insulation layer is introduced.

Mobile Tilting Shuttle


Instead of each individual Tilting Tables, We have a Single moveable Tilting device / shuttle, which is running on the inner guide rail beneath the production line to tilt up the required Stationary Pallets. Therefore this will save a lot on Investment/ maintenance required for hydraulic components etc. for each Individual Tilting tables.
As per your production requirement select the size of pallet & place them in line. These Pallets has pivot / hinges fixed to 4 nos. of Pedestal block, which in-turn fixed to the floor. Place suitable gantry cranes about 10 - 16 Ton across the pallet on an outer guide rail for stripping the elements vertically as & when required.
The guide rail of Mobile Tilting shuttle is fixed at the distance of 4 - 8 meters underneath the pallets. With help of remote control drive Mobile Tilting shuttle below the pallet, which needs to be tilted for removing the casted precast element. Now activate the tilting function so that it can be turned over from 0 - 85 degree for easy lifting it vertically by gantry crane above it. Mobile tilting shuttle consist of transport structure, turnover device, electrical control system, hydraulic System & remote control. Turnover device has 2 / 3 Hydraulic cylinders. It can tilt max weight : 20 – 25 ton. Moreover all the components of this stationery system are designed in such a way that at any stage they can be completely upgradable to pallet circulation system.
