Rollers Blocks

In the Circulation pallet system, the pallet glides on Roller while the longitudinal transport is done. The rollers blocks consist of a stable pipe construction & wheel flange pulley having collar on one side & are fitted on a rectangular pipe. It rotates on maintenance-free bearing. Roller blocks are welded on a well-levelled & accurately aligned steel girder plate embedded in the concrete floor. During installation the roller blocks will be accurately aligned with laser beam light and welded onto the steel plates.

Drive Wheel Blocks

Two or Three units of friction drivable wheel powered by geared motor are used per station. This drives the pallet from one workstation to other workstation & the pallet is further supported on roller blocks. For Automatic transmission PLC control system is used.

Anti Collision Device

A device which helps avoiding Collision / Accidents of pallet to pallet etc.
It has a Limit switch which triggers friction drive wheel to stop further longitudinal motion of that pallet.
