Multi-Caster Concrete Extrusion Machine for Lintel / Beam / Columns / Vineyard Pillars / Fencing Post / 'H' Column / 'T' Beam / Purlin

Pre-stressed Precast concrete Hollow core Various Precast Elements are made by Concrete Extrusion machine, reinforced with Tor steel wires, & are produce in multiple quantity at the time of extrusion, which works without the need of any Mould or Form-work for production.

The manufacturing process is similar to precast pre-stressed extrusion hollow core slab casting, curing, cutting lifting & Storage. In the same plant additionally you can manufacture other types of Precast concrete products like Light-weight Concrete Hollow core wall Panel, Boundary wall slabs / Panel etc.

There is wide range of extrusion machines available for precast elements for their Thickness, Width, inside hollow core and shapes etc. The square or rectangular posts are extensively used in agriculture for Vineyards, Fruit production, and Animal enclosure and to support irrigation system.

We also supply Portable Earth Drilling machine for fast & effortless installation of Vineyards pillars, fencing post, H Column etc.

The Extrusion Process / Production cycle:-

The Extrusion process for various Pre-stressed Precast concrete Hollow core elements like Lintel / Beam / columns / Vineyard pillars / fencing post / 'H' Column / Inclined Purline beam etc. is similar to above Pre-stressed Precast concrete Hollow core Load bearing slab casting, & Light-duty & Heavy-duty Boundary wall Panels & ‘H’ column. Even the other manufacturing process like, abutment of Tor steels wire, curing, cutting, lifting & Storage is similar to our other projects.

Concrete beds prepared for various elements like Lintel / Beam / columns / Vineyard pillars / fencing post / 'H' Column / Inclined Purline beam etc. is similar to above Pre-stressed Light-duty & Heavy-duty Boundary wall Panels. or Vice versa.

The light-duty Boundary wall extrusion machine works with Augers /screws to extrude hollow core concrete slab of Good surface finish. After sufficient curing the slabs are cut to size & lifted & shifted to storage yards on trolleys manually being light-duty. The Heavy-duty Boundary wall extrusion machine works with pushing technology to extrude hollow core concrete slab.

The basic work flow for various elements like Lintel / Beam / columns / Vineyard pillars / fencing post / 'H' Column / Inclined Purline beam etc.is as follows:-

  1. Preparing the casting beds by cleaning & oiling.
  2. Pulling and attaching Tor Steel wire
  3. Pre-stressing
  4. Concrete filling into the extruder hopper by Manual cart for concrete feeding / Mini Dumper
  5. Extruding & Forming the slab around the reinforcement
  6. Covering for Fast Curing
  7. Quality Control
  8. Marking & Cutting of the slabs to required lengths
  9. Machine cleaning
  10. Lifting cut slabs - Moving it to stock Area - Strapping & packing
  11. General details on Concrete Mixing Plant & Production etc.

The finish goods should be stored minimum for 15 days before delivery in the storage area. The real strength of the panel is achieved after 21 days, after which the panels are completely cured and no cracking will occur.

In a dry climate, the stacks should be covered with plastic cover / tarpaulins.

The extrusion speed of the machine is between 1.2 to 1.5 meters per minute. The casting per lane will take around 1 hour maximum depending on the length of the casting lane.

The steel wires also help in the rigidity during loading, unloading, lifting and installation.

A typical water-cement ratio of 0.3. The sand should be clean & it should confirm to zone 2 or equivalent.

Requirements for set-up to manufacture by Extrusion process Beams / Columns / Lintel / Fencing Post / Vineyards pillars / “T” Beam / Purlin, Square & rectangular Post etc

  1. Land & Plant development:- About One Acre having length to width Ratio of 3:1. On this land make a well-level concrete platform by Land Filling, Compacting, Levelling & concreting with M25 grade of concrete etc. (make similar to good quality of concrete Road) for extrusion of Wall Panels or supporting “H” columns.
  2. On the two ends of concrete platform need to fix / grout Abutment plates (lengthwise) for placing carbon steel wires of 3mm to 5mm dia. for reinforcement of panels or support column & stressing it. M.S. Steel Plate duly machined & drilled is used for Abutment as per out drawing.
  3. Balance land to be levelled & Paved for Mixer, Batching & dosing, Storage of sand & Aggregate, Storage of finished Goods, etc. + Office & Storage Room for cement or use Cement Silo plus requirements for Electrification, Drainage & Plumbing. (Please note: - For better efficiency on production more the length is better & less the wastage.)
  4. M.S. Steel flats to be grouted on the ground as per our design & drawing for Guiding Extrusion m/c. for straightness of slab.
  5. Testing & Quality Control:-Initially you can get it done outside in Test Lab. Then you can purchase Equipment:-Sieves & Sieve Shaker, Weighing Balance, Oven, Misc. Jars, Containers, Trays, Dryer, Impact Testing M/c, Compression Testing M/c (300 to 500 kN)
  6. Power Requirement: - Govt. power 25 KW or D.G. Set.
  7. Water Requirement: - Water Storage Tank: - 2000 Litters - 1 No for Plant, Office & Toilet. Water required Minimum 2,000 litters / day. (Free from salt)
