Battery moulds are designed for the vertical casting of wall panels in mass production. Battery Mould is basically composed of a fixed middle part two movable external moulds, which are electric motor driven. Vibrators facilitate the effective compacting of concrete & are integrated in the mould frame, and are powered by a frequency converter for the infinitely variable speed regulation.

Heating coils can also be arranged within the mould for a fast curing of the concrete. Each layer can have a variable area and reinforcement. Battery moulds can be used to produce architectural wall panels with both inside and outside surfaces as smooth. The advantages of Battery Mould with Robust construction are as follow: -
