The equipment is very Simple to handle & operated by just one man.
In an average Hard soil with a very sturdy Head & by means of specially designed screw you can Drill hole of maximum 400 mm Diameter & with extenssion of Rod can bore upto 1,500mm Deep (depends on screw Dimension etc.).
Safety protection is provided by means of hydraulic cut-off i.e. if in case you hit a rock, fluid in the hydraulic circuit will simple be by-passed as opposed to breaking something major.
By reversing the operating switch you un-screw the same from bored hole & clean it. The Screw can be easily attached & detached from machine & whole equipment can be easily transported.
Portable Hydraulic Earth Drilling Machine is having 270 CC Petrol Engine (unlike all Chinese machines are not more than 72CC ) with 150 RPM Speed, & Having Approx. Torque of 48 Meter kgs. for Digging Bore.
Screw is driven with a two-stage hydraulic pump. The two-stage pump allows the Screw to gain torque and power through even the toughest of earths! It's like having two gears, working just like overdrive in your car or truck.
Drilling M/c is constructed from strong Thick steel frame. The Screw can be easily attached & detached from machine & whole equipment can be easily transported. Spares & Screw of various sizes can be made available on request.
The pivoted of engine cradle helps while drilling and has good weight distribution while towing. The handle swivels to allow for drilling holes on a hill or to angle holes.
