Pre-stressed, Precast Concrete Hollow Core Supporting 'H' Column

The Supporting 'H' column by Multi-caster Extruder: - The multi-caster machine produces 2 Nos. of Supporting 'H' column at a time. The Pre-stressed Precast concrete Hollow core ‘H’ column are made by Concrete Extrusion machine & reinforced with Carbon steel wires, which works without the need of any Mould or Form-work for production. Functions similarly to Hollow core boundary wall slab casting machine

Supporting 'H' column has a core in center for inserting, holding & fixing M. S. Angles for Barbed wires, so one can increase the height of wall for additional security. At times Supporting 'H' column can also be used as a fencing post, column or beam etc. The manufacturing process is similar to precast pre-stressed extrusion hollow core slab casting, curing, cutting lifting & Storage. In the same plant additionally you can manufacture Other types of Precast concrete products by Multi-casting Extruder like Fencing posts, Beams, Columns, Lintels, Purlin, 'T' beams, Grape vineyard posts etc.

Say on Day 1, if slab Extrusion is done on all 3 Lanes for Boundary wall panels. On Next / subsequent day they are Cut to size, lifted & floor is cleaned & prepared for subsequent / next day’s extrusion. In a month for 26 working days you Extrude Slab for panel or supporting column on alternate days i.e. 13 days Extrusion Ratio of Panel to Supporting Column is 85% : 15%. Hence Extrude 11 days slab for Panel & 2 days for supporting Column.

1. Suitable Supporting ‘H’ Column of size 150 mm X 150 mm X 2 lane for Light-duty Boundary wall of size 50 mm X 300 mm
2. Suitable Supporting ‘H’ Column of size 150 mm X 150 mm X 2 lane for Light-duty Boundary wall of size 60 mm X 500 mm.
3. Suitable Supporting ‘H’ Column of size 180 mm X 220 mm X 2 lane for Medium-duty Boundary wall of size 75 mm X 600 mm.
4. Suitable Supporting ‘H’ Column of size 180 mm X 280 mm X 2 lane for Heavy-Duty Boundary wall of size 80 / 90 / 100 mm X 600 mm size of 90 mm X 600 mm
   
   

Steel Fabricated ‘H’ Column to be used to install Boundary Wall of size 120 mm X 600 mm. We also manufacture & provide the suitable Extrusion Machine for Pre-stressed, Precast Concrete Hollow Core as per requirement.
