Gantry Crane (manual):

Lifting Capacity maximum 2 Tones, Lifting Height 4 Meters, Width 6 Meters. Moves lengthwise on bed length by 2 men pushing from 2 ends on guide rail. Used for casting 3 lanes of 1200mmm width or casting 4 lanes of 600mmm width.

Heavy Duty Lifting Beam with Built-in Clamps & Safety Chain (New Design) for lifting & shifting Load Bearing Hollow Core Planks from Beds: - Capacity – 1 Ton, Beam Length – 3 Meters, Plank Length – 5 meters.

Swivel Crane

Lifting with pair of Slings / lifting beam Wall Panels / supporting “H” column / Beams / Columns / Lintel / Fencing Post / Vineyards pillars / 'T' Beam / Purlin, Square & rectangular Post with Swivel Crane is most Economical, Flexible & ideal compared to Gantry crane or any other lifting system. The word swivel is self-explanatory. The crane not only swivels in left or right direction but also can revolve 360 degree. Also having wheels it can move it forward or backward as per the need while stripping Wall panels from Casting Beds. The winding & unwinding of Panels while lifting is Motorized for ease in operation.

Reasons to using Swivel Crane is as follows

1. Lifting Extruded precast products manually above Elbow height for storing it one above the other is very difficult; hence Swivel crane is the best solution.
2. Loading Extruded precast products in Tempo or Truck during dispatches is most ideal with the help of Swivel crane.
3. As the length of Extruded precast products is long, they can be easily handled with swivel crane.
4. Swivel Cranes are available in Various sizes as per their capacity as given below:-
