Concrete Transportation systems from Batching plant

Depending on the customer's requirements one can select from various solutions for Concrete transportation system from Batching plant to concrete spreader according to their degree of automation & budget. A thoroughly designed technology in which all the operation are controlled electronically & performed automatically is also available for transport of concrete.

A). Shuttle system / flying bucket or Bucket conveyor systems, which Travels with mechanism on sturdy and reliable Double rail. It collects concrete into bucket through its hopper from Batching plant & Deposits into concrete spreader. The discharge of concrete from bucket is done by electrical operated double flap.

Alternatively there is Cylindrical bucket Shuttle system that runs on single rail & dispenses concert into the spreader by rotation of cylindrical bucket or turnover unit. This unit can also be operated by remote control

For cleaning the bucket High-pressure water gun is used.

B). Other Transportation simple systems are by using Concrete Mixer i.e Swing setter vehicle or Speedy vehicle or with help of Forklift & Concrete Dumping bucket to overcome different transport levels or by Bucket & Overhead cranes.

Concrete Spreader


After the reinforcement has been inserted, the pallet is moved on to the concreting station.

Depending on the required level of automation, the Concrete Spreader is available in both manual and automatic versions; moreover It ranges from simple distribution buckets to automatic concrete spreading systems. Also crane-mounted concrete spreaders are often used in stationary plant types.

The choice of the discharge is decisively influenced by the types of precast elements and can be executed as a segment seal, conveyor belt, plate slide on bucket or auger / screw discharge. Each version can be additionally equipped with discharge rollers for accurate dosing or agitator for equal concrete mixing (color concrete, self compacting concrete).

Concrete Spreader: - After the Shuttered / prepared pallet has been secured hydraulically on the compacting station A concrete spreader is employed to cast concrete precisely on the pallet. The Concrete Spreader, which is controlled from a mobile operating platform, is moved across the support gantry to a position directly under the concrete mixing unit. A special pouring system doses the concrete uniformly within the required product contours and at the correct thickness in the controlled way. Concrete spreading is done with discharge through augers / screws. These Augers are electrically driven. The Auger tank bottom can be closed off pneumatically & it is possible to control all augers together or in groups. A Vibrator motor is also installed for complete emptying the concrete spreader bucket.

Once the concrete is discharged uniformly on the production pallet it is taken up for Vibrating & compacting on same station.

Mobile Concrete spreader

Mobile Concrete spreader is used to cast concrete into the shuttered pallet. The pouring system distributes the concrete within the mold bed accurately and at the correct thickness.
According to customers' convenient operation, the spreader is available in both automatically and manual.
In pallet circulation systems the preferred design of the concrete spreader assembly is as a bridge type & In-line fix pallet / or tilting table / stationary production is of portal concrete spreader assembly.
Concrete spreader equips mixing shaft, when concrete in stored in hopper, it could avoid concrete condense or disintegration.
Concrete spreader is equipped with vibration motor, shaking hopper evenly with excellent concrete discharging effect, reducing concrete wastage rate. Concrete distributing speed could be adjusted flexibly with frequency conversion.
Concrete spreader assembly there are several electric motor-driven discharge screws on the bucket outlet. The amount of concrete per screw can be perfectly controlled with the infinitely variable and individually controlled rotating speed of the screw. Every screw outlet has a front cover plate that closes to hold back dripping concrete or concrete still feeding from behind. With additional equipment, the concrete distributor can also be moved in automatic mode if required.
Main Technical Parameters are: the longitudinal & cross travelling speed of concrete spreader is:0-30m/min.
Distributing rotation rate: 0-40r/min.
No of Distributing gates : 10.
Hydraulic working pressure: 16Mpa.
Volume / capacity of spreader hopper is :2.5cbm.
Mixing axle speed: 0-20r/min.
