1). If the above Toilet block is made from Panel of size 50 mm Thick x 2 ft Width x length to cut from long slab. Panel weight is 9.5 kgs /Sq. ft. And cost of panel per Sq ft is Rs. 22/ - & Toilet block cost will be approx is Rs. 1000/- less than above. i.e. Rs.7200/-
2). If the above Toilet block is made from Panel of size 90 mm Thick x 2 ft Width x length to cut from long slab. Panel weight is 12.9 kgs /Sq. ft. And cost of panel per Sq. ft.is Rs. 33/ - & Toilet block cost will increase by Rs. 800/- than above. Cost is i.e Rs.9000/-
Investment: - Manufacturing of Concrete Hollow Core Precast Panels duly Reinforced with carbon steel wires, requires Investment of Rs. 45 Lakhs in plant & Imported machinery. (Except for cost of land). Land required about 1-Acre, having length to width ratio of 4:1. (i.e. 105 meters to 9 meters) Power 35 KW. Machinery: - Imported from China of Approx. Rs. 32 Lakhs (Approx. Landed price Mumbai with Import duty, only if complete set is purchased.
