(B). About Manufacturing Plant for Concrete Hollow Core Wall Panels: -
The Precast panels with reinforcement are extruded by extrusion m/c on well-compacted & well level long line Concrete Platform / Bed. The Concrete platform is to be constructed similar to making Concrete road. The surface of the platform should be well scrapped & smothered by trowelling M/c for better finish of panels.
- Total Investment in Imported Machinery of Rs. 24 Lakhs: - for Manufacturing of Concrete Hollow Core Precast Panels duly Reinforced with carbon steel wires + Land & not included).
- Land required about 1-Acre, having length to width ratio of 4:1.
- Power 60 Kw is required for panels
- Water - 10,000 liters /day
- Imported Machinery Approx. Rs. 24 Lakhs from China Approx. Landed price Mumbai with Import duty. The list of m/c are: - Wall Panel Extrusion M/c Size - 75mm thick x 600mm x 2 – 1 set & other Supporting m/c: - 350 litters Concrete Mixer, Batching & Dosing equipment + Stressing m/c – 1 set + Battery Operated Mini Dumper for transport of concrete mix delivery – 2 Nos.. + Slab Cutting m/c for Panels – 1 Nos. + Wire Coil dispensing stand – 3 Nos. + Jib type Swivel crane - 1 nos. + Lifting Accessories etc.
- Land Development & Plant Set-up cost extra; i.e. Civil Cost for making well-levelled & highly compacted long line Concrete Platform of 1000 Sq. meter + Steel Abutment plates & Steel Flats to be grouted on Floor for Guiding Extrusion M/c + Consultancy charges.
- While expansion on business the above Supporting machinery &Concrete platform prepared for above Panels can also be used to Extrude other concrete products like Supporting ‘H’ columns for making Boundary wall, Multi-extruded elements like Fencing post, Sq. poles, Beam, columns, Lintel, Purlin, ‘T’ Beam etc.
